Jacqui has 19 years in education including primary and secondary, public and independent. Jacqui has worked in various roles including classroom teacher, Music and Drama teacher, special education teacher, Head of Inclusion, Head of Student Support and Principal.

A substantial part of Jacqui's career to date has been supporting the needs of highly complex young people within an education setting. Jacqui had led teams to accomodate and differentiate for students with neurodiversity, for whom mainstream schooling has proven challenging. 

In her Masters, Jacqui specialised in Special Education/Inclusion and Guidance and Counselling.
